Shri Balbir Singh, Security Guard, CBS, AIR , Chandigarh is retiring on superannuation on 28th February 2014 consequent upon his retirement on superannuation. Born on 28th February 1954 at Village Mathiaran Distt. Patiala (Punjab ), Sh. Singh had enrolled in Army on 28.2.1972. He was posted in many places during his service.
